I’m a customer with goodtill for the last 5 years, tried to get a card reader considering that 10th of August and was put through to Tom Savage, who stopped responding to my emails and the calls, so I needed to call the customer support to find out why is this and apparently Tom went on annual leave and never established out of office and never ever passed my request to anybody else. The Steven Daly chose up from here, handled to ge the merchant and the signing number and then Steven disappeared. Same story again, complained to the customer care and after that Tom Savage appeared again, asked me for a merchant number and vanished, no reacting to e-mails and call. Tried to call him until he picks up, no answer but after a ring 10 he obstructed my number, as I’m too problem for him, instead he could text back acknowledging the call and say he will call me later etc they can not be on the phone for 30min, as they never ever been on the phone with me, all on emails. Goodtill on the whole is OK but does have serious defects (IMHO) Re discounts rules, you do not see these used till you push the pay button. My personnel have applied a manual over flight thus provide the discount rate twice. Other functions work well especially the synch to our Web site (WooCommerce) with stock control. Just need to make certain my staff are aware of this, however when you can have several discounts it can be bothersome.
